Preliminary Briefing 10 May 2009
The preliminary briefing was successfully conducted yesterday at SMK BDR SRI DAMANSARA 1. The turnout was good (more than 33pax). Everyone was briefed about the details of the trip, do's & dont's. As promised, I have uploaded the presentation slide for download in this blog.

Change of Cycling Route
Please take note that after a careful consultation with Bukit Aman police headquarter today, we have to avoid cycling on the SILK & LEKAS Highway as prohibited by the law. Therefore, please refer to the map shown below for the latest cycling route.
Surprisingly the total cycling distance is now exactly at 100km!

Registration Deadline 10 May 2009
The registration deadline has been set at 10 May 2009 (Sunday).
On the same day, all registered participants are required to attend the 1st preliminary briefing to be held at SMK Bandar Sri Damansara I (Bandar Sri Damansara). Time is 10am.
The agenda of the briefing will include the followings:-
1. Physical test & convoy arrangement.
2. Route briefing.
3. Safety & health tips.
4. Any other matters.

Cycling Expedition - Event Itinerary
6 June 2009 (Saturday)
0700-0800 Assembly at BP House, Jalan Hang Jebat, KL for flag-off ceremony.
0800-1400 Arrived at Seremban Parade, Seremban.
1400-1800 Arrived at Sunshine Camp, Port Dickson.
1800-2300 Welcoming campfire & dinner.
7 June 2009 (Sunday)
0800-1100 Breakfast & fun time at beach.
1100-1300 Visiting 'Muzium Tentera Darat'
1300-1500 Lunch & return to KL by bus.
0700-0800 Assembly at BP House, Jalan Hang Jebat, KL for flag-off ceremony.

Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson Cycling Expedition 2009
In conjunctions with The Scouts Federation of Malaysia 100 years Centenary Celebrations & Agong's Birthday, The Batu B Rovers is organising a 2 days 1 night cycling expedition from Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson on the 6th June 2009.
The cycling expedition is opened to all scouts & the public (male & female) aged 16 and above. Registration fees is RM100 only which inclusive of insurance, accommodation, transportation and food.
All participants will be presented a special Certificate of Participation from The Scout Association of Malaysia. They will also receive a special badge, scarf and long sleeve T-shirt.
